Organizing Wikimania was an amazing and rewarding experience. I would just like to put clear that having the Board and WMF staff in a separate, "much nicer" hotel, was not intended by the local organizing team --we would have loved to have everyone at Bauen. WMF staff arranged their accommodation by themselves, so that was beyond our reach. Thanks for your comments! Organizing Wikimania was an amazing and rewarding experience.
